I made significant progress with 2133 CL18. I cleared the 19 stage despite a different residual. I expect XMP speeds will remain consistent.

It seems the issue might be related to timing rather than a hardware fault. Since both 12 hours of Prime95 and 12 hours of OCCT are similar, you likely need to check the clock settings. Don’t worry unless the problem persists.

The target 3000 is unreachable on the B460 board. It stops at 2666 due to a fixed restriction with locked i5 configurations.

I understand why 2666.5MHz is often rounded to 2667MHz. Just apply it there. If it works, it should. For certainty, you can run some tests with memtest.

Sure, you've completed 12 passes of memtest86 with no issues. Just a few leftover discrepancies remain. Everything looks good so far!
