This response doesn't make sense as a rewrite of a previous statement about raising the temperature to 100%. It seems to be inventing new details and is nonsensical.

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow:

“This setup has a few issues regarding airflow. Specifically, the vertical GPU is mounted at an angle – while technically still vertical, it’s creating a problem with heat dissipation. The all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooler isn't effectively pulling in enough cool air.

The AIO intake is positioned correctly, and it has three top exhaust fans and one rear exhaust fan. However, the GPU is drawing air primarily from the back of the case, and some of that air is still passing through the AIO without being properly cooled. This is likely due to the angled GPU obstructing optimal airflow.”

I'll try and open the case while i'm gaming next time and see if that solves the issue

The 'easiest' solution would be to, unfortunately, ditch the vertical gpu orientation.
If the case had a side panel intake fan instead, I doubt you'd be having this problem.
In the traditional setup, your gpu will pull air from the rear, below, and the front of the case.

Here’s a rewritten version of your text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“I'm experiencing significant stuttering in this game, with frame drops lasting 1-2 seconds. I've noticed this occurs every few minutes. I tested my GPU temperature while playing, and it reached around 73°C. Despite this, the problem persists, indicating a potential issue beyond just overheating.”

That's a significant improvement over what you were seeing.
I asked this earlier, but I didn't see a response: When you unplug the monitor you're not using, do these stutters still happen?

I tried unplugging it when it started and afterwards restarting the pc with only the gaming monitor plugged in but didn’t change anything i’m afraid.
I did notice when the game first started i got a second of screen flickering and a bit of distortion. But only at the very first second of starting up the game (both with 2 and with 1 monitor.
