New High-End Gaming PC Build - Driver Installation Problems (can't continue)
So I just completed constructing a brand new gaming PC (https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/ZQ42bL) and have encountered major difficulties getting it operational. The setup process is far from complete, and I’m stuck at the driver configuration stage. Here’s the summary: (the full details are available at the provided links)
The long version is available here

I faced several hurdles: after building the system, installing Windows, logging in, and setting up the chipset driver, everything worked until I hit a roadblock. The main issue began when my system failed to boot past a black screen during startup, despite all components being powered on. I reset the CMOS and tried again, but the same problem persisted.
I reinstalled Windows multiple times, restarting after each attempt, yet the issue continued. Eventually, I isolated the problem to the PCIe Wi-Fi card. Then I tried a different Windows install (version 2) which also failed to recognize the card.
I updated both BIOS and chipset drivers, but nothing resolved the matter. Now I need to update my Wi-Fi/lan drivers, but using the ASUS drivers from their website (via .exe) doesn’t work at all—no task manager action appears after attempting this. I’m unsure how to proceed, as the older versions also didn’t help.
I’m trying to source drivers from:

Any suggestions on what might be going wrong? I haven’t noticed any problems with hardware installation before, and I can reach the desktop without issues now (except after installing a Wi-Fi card).
I obtained the installer from the provided source. Your BIOS version is what I’m using. For your chipset drivers, refer to the link: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/...t-am5/b650. Install the drive through an elevated command—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator. If you installed the OS while connected to the internet, it may download incorrect drivers. It’s best to install the OS in offline mode.
