Magni Bronzebeard emerges as the inaugural newly introduced hero in Warcraft lore, priced at $10 or £7. This change lets players swap him for an alternate Warrior character without altering gameplay mechanics. The update brings visual tweaks, including a new animated portrait, altered board area effects, distinctive emotes, and a fresh animation for his hero power—all while maintaining the same impact. A unique card back is also included. This announcement isn’t something you’d want to miss, especially given the steep cost of just cosmetic enhancements for existing classes. If Blizzard plans more content soon, it might be best to wait.
It's quite shocking, honestly. They've previously offered expensive cosmetic products in WoW, and this version is still going strong.
It's only worth it if you're willing to pay. The competition isn't bad, but if you believe otherwise, CS:GO falls short too. There are plenty of players ready to invest in this kind of content, so they should be able to. A game is essentially about generating revenue for the developers.
Just feels like they're testing the water with what's acceptable, I'm sure not going to buy it. Just seems insane, that it's half the cost of the expansions that are full of content and heros and cards and new game mechanics...
Choose your spending wisely and avoid purchasing it. Demand will rise regardless. Its price reflects the value others are willing to pay.
