06-28-2023, 04:05 AM #1I bought a nearly brand-new system with R7 7700 Corsair 6000MHz RAM, RTX 4070TI and MSI Pro B650M board. I reinstalled Windows because some games were unstable, especially The Last of Us and Red Dead Redemption 2. After the update, the games ran okay for a couple days before crashing again. I checked CrystalDiskInfo and everything looks normal on the drives. Running SFC /scannow fixed some issues, even though it’s a three-day-old install. I’m unsure what’s causing the crashes or which parts might be the problem. Please help me figure it out.

06-28-2023, 04:41 AM #2Did you turn on expo in BIOS? It might be causing memory issues. Fast boot status could be affected too—make sure it's enabled in BIOS as well.

07-13-2023, 08:57 AM #4Memtest completed successfully with no issues across all four runs. Fast boot is disabled in the BIOS, and I’ve switched it off via Windows power settings.

07-13-2023, 10:04 AM #5You've set up chipset and GPU drivers, and checked CPU and GPU stability. If needed, proceed with DDU to remove old GPU drivers before installing new ones.
