Because my graphics card is aging, I’m considering replacing it with an AMD Radeon RX7900XTX. The issue is that I’m not receiving a video signal from the AMD version. If I revert to the RTX 2060, the system fails to boot properly and jumps straight into the BIOS. There’s a change in the "CSM Support" setting each time after the swap. When I switch it back, the PC boots normally with the previous graphics card installed. This has been my ongoing concern.

Details: The card lights up but the fans aren’t running. The HDMI cables have been swapped and connections inspected multiple times. Thank you for any assistance.

Certainly new generation GPUs need BIOS support in UEFI (CSM turned off). With Windows installed in CSM/Legacy mode, you must convert the disk to GPT format or reinstall the OS to run them in UEFI mode. See the video for details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cuuOWEWGZIQ

Hello.
I have the answer to my issue.
It's a bit awkward, but it might be useful.
Because I've worked with a graphics card before that came with just one power connector (even though it had two slots), it wasn't surprising for me to use only two of the three slots.
But that was the issue.
I had to get a third cable, and now the card is working.
Thanks for your advice.
