In short, my 1660 started showing black screens during gameplay even after replacing the PSU, storage, and GPU. The issue persisted after each change—new PSU, SSD, new GPU, driver updates, hardware swaps—but nothing resolved the problem. Eventually, I had to restart the PC, which then returned to the original error pattern. I also noticed DP1 was completely blank while DP2 displayed a black screen. I attempted various fixes including reseating the GPU, changing the PSU, updating RAM, and cleaning the PCIe slot. Despite these efforts, the artifacts and stuttering continued. Now I’m considering giving up and getting a simpler device like a GBA, as the investment has been high. If I still want access, I can use my old GPU to adjust BIOS or perform other troubleshooting steps.

I upgrade my PSU from a 450 to a 550 No change.

Please specify the make and model of the new SSD and which slot it's occupying on the motherboard. Where did you source the installer for the OS? Speaking of OSes, did you install the OS in offline mode?

Asus have a number of B560 chipsetted motherboards in their portfolio, which one do you have? Speaking of motherboards, what BIOS version are you on for your said motherboard?

Rams should be populating slots A2 and B2, if you have 4 slots for ram on the motherboard.

In troubleshooting, you need to be patient. To add, we're here to try and help...so help us, help you. This means being as detailed with your specs as possible. If your older PSU was of horrible build quality then that was what might've ruined the rest of your investments. This is why we state to pick up a reliably built PSU.
I just checked, it appears to be some POS PSU from China. SPYCO Typhoon PS-551 (still in use). Corsair CX 450w 80 bronze. Ediloca EN600 PRO 512GB SSD placed in the M.2 tray beneath the PCIe slot, installed Windows from their site onto a USB and booted from it, but it was online. Zotac GTX 1650. For the older one, as with the new one, it's a PNY NVIDIA GTX 1080 XLR8 Gaming OC 8GB. I have an ASUS Prime B560 Plus LGA 1200; the BIOS is still unclear... It seems counterintuitive for a design but fine. I’m not sure if it’s the 3200 model. I’m just tired of spending money and hoping for the best.
