Did you receive the installation files from the computer you’re using for the issue? Obtaining Windows installation media on a system with existing Windows problems might transfer those issues.

I've identified the issue—it's a Windows 11 24H2 bug that affects electron apps only. I mentioned Chrome, Discord, Steam WebClient, and I don't have any options but to wait until 25H1. Rolling back to version 23 without reinstalling or reformatting is not an option. It seems like it's time to consider moving away from Microsoft.
