I'm really struggling and need urgent assistance. Yesterday, I bought a new Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super and a Seasonic Gold 650 PSU. My computer worked perfectly until the change. I replaced the PSU first, double and triple checking all cables to be sure they were secure. I'm using an ASUS B450M Plus with a gaming TUF Mobo, 16GB Corsair RAM, and a Ryzen 7 2700X CPU—no integrated graphics here. After confirming the PSU was properly seated, I unplugged my old GTX 760 and connected the new one. It powered on without issues. When I tried to connect it to my monitor, no signal appeared. I adjusted the BIOS, rechecked cables, ensured perfect placement, and even tried plugging in the GTX 760 again. Still nothing. I also reset the CMOS battery and performed a BIOS reset. Since my CPU lacks an integrated GPU, entering BIOS settings seems impossible. What should I do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm completely confused. The PCI slot appears fine, no problems with installing either GPU. Please help me understand what's happening.
It seems the motherboard failed after installing the RTX 2700 graphics card. I checked and got the same model as a replacement, but everything is now functioning properly. I’m wondering what might have caused it to stop working so suddenly. It’s interesting to figure out why.
