This F3 model is quite outdated.
Modify the bios and adhere to the guidelines.
Also refresh all board drivers and related information.

The notes generally advise updating all board drivers from the website, and BIOS updates should be handled alongside ensuring drivers are at the latest version.

the issue didn't happen recently, and for drivers as well—can i simply use the gigabyte control center to update?

It's advisable to perform the bios updates in the bios driver updates, which should work fine through control centre.
