Hi,
I recently set up my RTX 5070 but Windows isn't recognizing it. The CPU's integrated graphics are functioning properly. The GPU lights are on and the fans are spinning.

The Device Manager serves as a useful location to investigate issues with your GPU. If it doesn’t appear in the Display Adapters section, the problem might lie with the drivers. Sometimes, this occurs when you enable the option to show hidden devices via the View menu in the Device Manager.

I activated the option to hide devices and it displays my earlier GPU model.

Ensure old drivers were fully removed using DDU.
Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) version 18.1.4.1.
Install DDU to delete AMD/NVIDIA/INTEL graphics card drivers completely, including registry entries.
Set BIOS to recognize the new GPU.
Verify the card is properly seated.
Confirm all cables are securely connected.
Check that your monitor cable is connected to the 5070.
