Recently, I received new components for my PC such as a Ryzen 5 9600X, RX 9060 XT, T-Firma Delta 16GB DDR5 RAM, and a Gigabyte B850M Wi-Fi 6. After installing everything, I attempted to start up the computer to download new AMD drivers and used the AMD cleanup tool to remove any old drivers. I’m unsure if this process also affected NVIDIA drivers since I had an older model before. Now, when trying to play games, my PC slows down significantly, often only reaching around 8 FPS even with wallpaper enabled. I’ve installed all the new drivers, so I don’t think that’s the main problem. Checking Task Manager and AMD software shows the GPU usage stays under 10% during gameplay. The GPU clock speed is 12, VRAM clock speed is 28, voltage is 388, total board power is approximately 5, fan speed is off, and the GPU temperature remains around 30°C. I have no clear idea of what might be causing the issue—I’m considering it could be a driver problem or something else, but I’m certain the cables are properly connected and the GPU is installed correctly.

Are you certain you're not relying on integrated graphics or an i-GPU? Did you accidentally connect your HDMI cable to the motherboard?

Wow, maybe I'm a bit confused—it's connected to my motherboard.

verify external power connection to the graphics card. ensure the 8-pin connector is fully seated and the card is properly installed in the slot. replace the card and reinsert it, confirming the GPU is placed in the top X16 slot. also test with a different HDMI or display port 1 might be the primary option.
