Hey everyone, I just completed my latest setup and started using Steam. But I noticed PubG keeps stuttering from the login screen all the way into gameplay. Could anyone share some tips to fix this? My system specs are: an over-clocked CPU at 4.5Ghz (i5 8600K, Trident Z, 8GB RAM), a deepcooler with MSI z370, and a Samsung Evo 960 M.2 250GB SSD. The motherboard is MSI RX 580 Gaming with an afterburner that blocks power and temperature limits. I haven’t been able to over-clock the CPU yet, but I’m hoping someone can help bypass this issue. Thanks!

Your system consumes a lot of RAM, especially with PUBG.

You can check how it works by following the steps in the menu, but if you can't adjust the graphics, there might be an issue with your account or device settings.

Launch PubG and the Task Manager. It’s consuming just 3.6GB, with 4.3GB free, and the CPU load is around 30%.

You’re having trouble reaching the graphics options from the lobby. Everything else is configured to your preferences except for AA (ultra) View settings, which are set to medium textures and medium resolution. Your hardware includes a GTX1060 with 3 gigabytes of VRAM, an i5-7400 processor, 8 gigabits per second DDR4 memory, and a 1 terabyte hard drive running at 1080p. While you didn’t see major visual changes at those settings, performance has been decent. You don’t own a high-end machine, and your average frame rate is around 100–110 with no overclocking. Occasional dips do occur, but they’re usually within the range you’re seeing.

It's running very slowly; pressing the settings button won't work. Could there be another issue?

Many players on the PUBG forums mention issues when using original characters alongside custom ones. It might be better to test without OC to see how it works.

Consider updating the game instead. Simply removing it from Steam won’t fix the issue; you’ll also need to delete the /AppData/Steam/Tlsgame repository folder and reinstall it.

This looks promising—check it out soon. I’ve installed the game and Steam, though some folders might remain. I’ll be back shortly.

What's your status? Are other titles running smoothly? Is PUBG experiencing issues?
