Age of Empires 2 HD Darkest Dungeon FTL: Faster than Light is a strategy and puzzle game worth trying. It's a solid choice. Don't judge me! Breech and Clear Company of Heroes Homeworld can be tough for newcomers to the genre. Shadowrun works well too. I have more suggestions if you're interested.

- A mysterious letter changes the course of a character's life.
- A forgotten diary reveals hidden family secrets.
- A small town hides a secret that only a few understand.
Let me know if you'd like more details on any of these!

Age of Empires 2: Focus on building your castle since you're facing tough challenges. Darkest Dungeon: You inherit a property and need to protect it by exploring dungeons and collecting artifacts. Perma-death is active, so your progress is saved instantly. Shadowrun: It's turn-based strategy with an engaging narrative, provided you manage the difficulty. Valkyria: Offers a compelling story and strategic depth, especially with third-person movement and combat. These are my personal takeaways from playing.
