It seems the FPS Module wasn’t scheduled for release until the end of March in Patch 1.11, which was the 31st. There were no official updates on a delay. No announcements appeared on RSI or other major tech/gaming platforms. Thanks for checking in—still unclear for you.
The unit 1.1 arrived two weeks behind, so I assume the FPS should be no less than that.
Looking at the reverse side, the timeline suggests a minimum of two weeks. The worst case is around four weeks, which could be a full month. For the remaining components, pu and sq42... it's not possible to set any realistic estimate.
It took a bit longer to include the latest updates, with internal notes suggesting a 15/04/15 launch. There could be a PTU update around April 1st, 2015, though it's unclear if that will occur or if it will be delayed further.
