Hello, I've been experiencing stuttering and performance issues on my desktop for a long time. After upgrading nearly all components recently, the problems persist. I've run tests on everything and found no faults or overheating. Temperatures remain stable even during stress, and all systems stay cool. A recent reset and Windows 11 update didn't help. Games like Fortnite, Minecraft, COD, and Roblox run at low settings but still struggle with consistent frame rates. Despite having new parts, my performance remains poor. I recently visited a friend's PC with similar specs—RTX 3060 and i7 13700K—and it runs much smoother. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

Check your CPU's wattage and performance in games, plus your GPU's usage and power draw. It's likely the VRM is constrained by the A520. Consider updating the BIOS to upgrade the PSU tier from E to F for better efficiency. You could list the Thermaltake Smart BM3 650W as a potential upgrade around $35 on eBay.

Gameplay in Fortnite keeps my GPU consumption steady between 40-50% during high temperatures, while my CPU stays around 20% at 55°C and 60W. When I experience stuttering, the GPU usage tends to drop or jump, which is consistent across different GPUs in this setup.

It might be your CPU or BIOS. Consider updating your BIOS and installing the latest graphics drivers, possibly using a DDU tool.

I received this CPU only a week ago and recently updated the BIOS. I also fully removed and reinstalled my drivers using a DDU.
