Element is modifying the source of a page to convey a different message, like what users have shared in this discussion. It appears in the right-click menu (Firefox uses Alt + Q, Chrome uses the bottom of the menu). This seems intriguing; they must have implemented significant updates to address the unusually slow launch compared to PC.
