Hi there, newbie.
I recently changed my desktop from an old HP with Win7 to a new HP Envy TE01-5xxx running win11 Home. I also replaced my monitor with an Acer 27 ED27OR FHD. My issue is that when I move the mouse to wake up the PC, I see lines and snow on the screen for a second or two, sometimes longer, often leading me to sign in. I think this happens about three times out of ten. Could it be the monitor or the PC?
