Ensure all connected GPUs are powered on before proceeding. If issues persist, dismantle everything carefully, keeping only the essentials like the motherboard and a single GPU directly connected, then reassemble step by step. Remember, proper troubleshooting is crucial.
Using a compatible CPU with the right power supply and GPUs should be safe, but ensure all components match your system requirements to avoid damage.
Use a physical card in the module and ensure it powers correctly. Replace the button with a metal bridge for each pin. Verify all components worked before installation. Install one card at a time, testing various versions—especially those with limited VRAM—to confirm compatibility.
yeah like others said disconnect all GPU and plug one into the MB top slot with no rised and plug in the damn power to the GPU via the top power plug as well use the RX 580 first for this test. I built an AMD mining machine with 6x RX 570's like a year ago and was having all kinds of random booting issues till i just did one card with no riser in the MB then one at a time i tried the rest in the same slot, then one at a time i installed them using the risers. come to find out i had 1 bad card and 1 bad riser that was on a different card. Also WTF do you plan on mining with such a crappy rig? I mean i have all of my 570's OC and i'm only chilling at 160mh/s which equates to 0.05 ETH every 114 hours, and that is not a high speed rig by any means and your rig will prob get about 60mh/s so your profit will be $0 after power cost unless you're like me with free power, and even still the piddly amount of profit you can expect to make with free power is hard to justify the time and energy spent setting it all up.
