New crypto mining setup isn't working. Need assistance!

Hey, I just set up a crypto mining rig with an MSI B450 gaming plus Max and it’s not working. It powers on when you press the BIOS reset button, which lights up red. The setup is connected via HDMI to my TV using a PCIe riser. I’ve tried putting everything back together—ATX 24-pin and 6-pin CPU are all secure. RAM is in the dimma2 slot fully installed. When I turn on the PSU and flip the power switch, nothing comes on. I used the GIGABYTE RX580 8GB graphics card, AMD A8-9600 at 3.1GHz, and a generic 4GB DDR4 RAM. The motherboard has Crucial 8GB DDR4 RAM.

I'm not sure which zip code you're using. It doesn't power up. The graphics cards are plugged into the PSU via SATA connectors. The RAM is installed in the DIMMA2 port.

They didn't connect the PCIe power source. Without it, the GPUs won't work because they need those connections to function.

Start with one GPU for testing. There are plenty of issues to watch out for... I'm not confident MOBO can handle that many GPUs either. Also, make sure the power is connected to the GPUs.
