Hello everyone, thank you for your message. I’m facing an unusual issue with my newly built PC. After installing the new CPU, I encountered problems with the fTPM/PSP NV settings. The instructions suggest pressing Y to reset the fTPM, but nothing happens when I try N or Del. A Spanish video mentioned a workaround: pressing N and Del together to disable Security Device Support, which might have resolved the issue. However, this method doesn’t allow me to install Windows 11, as it requires TPM functionality. I’ve tried resetting the CMOS, updating the BIOS, and even re-seating RAM, but nothing seems to work. I’m unsure if the problem lies with my CPU or motherboard. Could you help me figure this out? I have a B550M Aorus Elite with 5800X2E and other components listed. Thanks!
