I just upgraded to the RYZEN 5 5600X but couldn’t post because I was checking my RAM settings. It only shows the first two slots, so I can’t use 2 and 4 or 1 and 3. If they’re in slots 1 and 2, will it be slower noticeably?

I changed it to the latest version, which is the B450 Tomahawk. When I connected my old CPU, all the slots functioned perfectly as they did before. My previous CPU was a Ryzen 5 2600X.
