Explore http://www.co-optimus.com for excellent co-op game options. I’d suggest Overwatch for a cooperative experience, or Forza Horizon 3 as it’s my current favorite. You might also enjoy Portal 2, the Trine series (especially Trine 2), Path of Exile, and Torchlight.
Arma 3 works well on older systems like your 2500k 670 with 2GB RAM and an 8GB machine. You won’t need to load high-resolution textures, but the game performs fine on standard PCs. The suggested operating system is Windows 7, 8 or 10 in 64-bit mode. Your processor should be an Intel Core i5-2300 or AMD Phenom II X4 940, paired with at least 1GB of graphics memory from a GeForce GTX 560 or Radeon HD 7750. A 4GB hard drive and 25GB of free space are recommended. The sound card must support DirectX®11, and you’ll need a stable internet connection plus a free Steam account to activate the game. These are the ideal settings, though your i3 6300 with 8GB should handle it just fine.
Right now I’m using this CPU: i5 4460, GPU: GTX 970, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, OS is Windows 10. Online gaming gives me lots of frame drops, especially when playing DayZ with some light mods enabled—I’m really struggling to keep up.
