CPU : 13600KF
MOBO :
MSI B760 GAMING PLUS WIFI
G.SKILL Flare X5 Series (AMD Expo) DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MT/s CL30-38-38-96
PSU : EVGA 700W
GPU : 6800XT / 1080
Think about why the system starts up but no display appears on the monitor? I noticed a VGA light error with the 6800XT, switched to 1080 and that issue disappeared, but now there’s nothing on my 4K 144 monitor. Could the BIOS only show on HDMI? Also, it should be completely fine if the CPU and motherboard are working properly since the USB flickering is confirmed. Maybe the motherboard itself is faulty? Or perhaps the CPU? Honestly, this new monitor seems really confusing to manage its display settings—it might be something related, but I’m not sure...
ALSO: the CPU and heatsink are heating up, which suggests another possible problem.

PSU: EVGA 700W is available in their collection. Which model are you using and what is its age?
Considering your options, here are the specifications in the requested format:
CPU: G.SKILL Flare X5 Series (AMD Expo) DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MT/s CL30-38-38-96
Motherboard: [insert model]
GPU: [insert model]
PSU: EVGA 700W
Chassis: [insert chassis]
OS: [insert os]
Monitor: [insert monitor]
PSU Age: [include age]
CPU: 13600kf
CPU cooler: Thermal right phantom spirit 120se
Motherboard: MSI b760 pro gaming wifi
Ram: as mentioned before
SSD/HDD: silicon power 512gb
GPU: Radeon 6800xt (likely faulty) with water block, no pump, 1080
PSU: EVGA BQ 700W bronze
Chassis: none
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: FYXHELE amazon 28 inch 4k 144
The build strongly suggests a VGA problem since it boots quickly. I believe the issue lies in the keyboard settings—pressing caps lock triggers a response LED, and the GPUs I’ve tried are both problematic. The 6800xt appears to have damaged eight pins, preventing any progress. With the 1080 model lacking a pump, I’m worried it won’t display due to overheating. I really need help fixing this machine already.
Update: It was the GPU... I think.
I purchased some HD 6450s just to check if the GPU was the problem. Yes, it worked once I booted into Windows and connected the DP cable to it. However, it can't display BIOS, and it overheats enough to crash, possibly explaining why it doesn’t show BIOS normally. It’s been a real headache. I’m planning to buy a 5700XT and hope those issues are resolved.
