I recently installed a new PC with a B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, AMD RX 580, Ryzen 5 2600X, and a Cosair CX450 PSU. All RGB lights and fans are active, the EZ debug is working properly, and it clears itself after checking everything. The HDMI cable seems fine—do I really need a DVI cable for a post?

Are you connecting your HDMI cable to the motherboard or the graphics card?

Consider replacing the GPU or perhaps re-seating the CPU

I researched a lot and think the crowd is older than the graphics card, which means it won’t identify it unless you update the flash memory. I’m planning to use a USB chip and try again soon. I might hold off on the new antec case until after the fourth build attempt.
