New configuration is closing, nvlddmkm.sys and delay problems?
Hello, it has been almost three months since I performed an upgrade on my system. The changes include a new computer setup: the motherboard is an ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2, the CPU is a Ryzen 7800X3D, the GPU is a Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super, and the RAM consists of two 16GB CL 30 DDR5 sticks from G.Skill Trident Z5. The previous power supply was an EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P5 with an 750W 80+ platinum rating. In the event viewer, it appears the issue sometimes coincides with problems in nvlddmkm.sys.
I have tried several solutions: a clean Windows 11 installation (already done three times), updating the GPU driver using DDU, disabling or enabling BIOS AMD fTPM, turning off Fastboot, adjusting BIOS settings like iGPU, resizing memory, downgrading PCI-E from 4.0 to 3.0, replacing only one RAM stick, modifying registry entries via regedit during the previous setup, and switching the GPU to silent mode. None resolved the problem. I’m seeking assistance to determine whether the issue lies with hardware or software. I’m considering filing a return merchandise authorization if necessary, but I’m unsure which component is faulty. More error logs are available.

How much is your PSU in your build?
New Motherboard = Asrock B650m-HDV/m2
I’d have chosen a better board for you with a 7800X3D. Still,

You’re on 2.08, BIOS updates are pending. Flash to the latest version (3.09 at that time) and then reset the CMOS, try it.
Hello and ty, when I tried this SS I was using a downgrade version, specifically 3.09, and I’m going back to it again.
In my country both the motherboard and GPU are quite expensive, and many people talk about how great this motherboard is.
However, I’m close to buying a new one because it doesn’t have an ARGB connector, which is something I don’t like much.
Sometimes I want to turn it on to show someone, but that’s not possible with this model.
Could you suggest a few alternatives so I can check prices in my country?
Your ram kit features AMD' E.X.P.O, which is confirmed. Ensure it's installed in slots A2 and B2. If you were my situation, I'd update the BIOS to the newest release and reset the CMOS. Disconnect from power and display, remove the CMOS battery, hold the power button for 30 seconds, then reinsert the battery after 30 minutes.
I can recommend some motherboards to help you compare prices in your country. Please share your location, budget, and preferred purchasing site so I can assist better. This site is based in the USA; if you're elsewhere, consider local options instead.
there are just two RAM slots on my motherboard
i have already updated the bios, cleared the cmos using a screwdriver between the pins, used the physical button, and set it to default in uefi, but i haven't tried the battery method yet
Regarding the issue, I tried a new approach using an undervolt of -25 on Curve. It seems to be functioning properly so far. I re-tested without the voltage at -20 and it crashed again. If undervolt improves performance, what could be the cause? I then followed your advice about performing a hard reset via BIOS with all settings in Stock mode for UEFI, also tried enabling AMD EXPO and disabling the iGPU. However, I started encountering nvlddmkm errors in the events view and micro shutting down.
