I retrieved the latest BIOS from Gigabyte's website. After using Q-Flash Plus, all systems functioned properly (brief flashing, automatic shutdown after five minutes). I followed the motherboard manual for setup.
When powering on the case, nothing occurred. However, when I disconnected the CPU power cable from the motherboard and turned the power button, the lights and fans activated.
Any suggestions?

Begin with a solid power supply that delivers ample wattage. The one you have in your setup is quite low quality.

This suggests the power source is being overloaded.

According to new information, 450 watts was the minimum suggested for my build and my power supply is 600. I used the same power supply and graphics card from my previous project, so I’m confident it functions properly and the GPU isn’t overloading it. When I press the power button, nothing happens—no lights or fans. It doesn’t seem like the power supply is the problem, but I’m not entirely sure. I’m not very familiar with this situation.

I already have it. I could upgrade later, but right now it has more power than the suggested minimum for my setup.

You might be correct, though taking another supply could challenge your belief.
