I am constructing this system to run the newest games on a 2k monitor, and also intend to use it for streaming, recording, and video editing. For 3D work, I plan to use either the AW2723DF or XG27AQM. Regarding the RAM, I have several choices: CORSAIR 64GB DDR5 (32*2) 6600 MHZ BLACK (C40), G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64GB (32GBx2) DDR5 6000MHz (30-36-36-96), and G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 64GB (32GBx2) DDR5 6000MHz Desktop RAM(30-40-40-96). I selected the cheapest options after reading comments suggesting you don’t need expensive components. Also, I opted for a simple case and cooler, but I might reconsider the case later. Please let me know if you should adjust anything.

Power supply, you mentioned not wanting to go cheap on it but recommended a cheaper one? I'm a bit confused. Also, the power supply you suggested only has 2 SATA connectors, since I have 4 extra HDD/SSD I'll need something different. Is it okay if I keep my OS and games on the same NVMe drive?
