I've attempted all possible fixes, from clearing CMOS to updating the BIOS and verifying connections.
I'm completely stuck because I can't determine what's happening and prefer not to visit a repair shop unless absolutely necessary.
The display won't show anything, whether I use DisplayPort or HDMI.
Here are my PC specifications:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: AMD Radeon 6600 8GB
MOBO: ASUS B450M-A II
PSU: RMx750
DRAM: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 32GB (4x8GB) 3200MHz6
SSD: Silicon Power 1TB - NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 2280 SSD

Welcome to the forums, new member!
MOBO: ASUS B450M-A II
+
flashing the BIOS
You mentioned you've updated the BIOS for your motherboard. Could you specify the current BIOS version you're running?
PSU: RMx750
What's the age of your power supply unit in this setup?
Your motherboard doesn't show any clues about the defective component. Have you tried connecting a POST speaker to identify error beeps or codes? Alternatively, you might transfer your processor, GPU, and RAM to another functional motherboard with the appropriate BIOS version to test if the issue lies with your board. If you still don't see results from your discrete GPU, consider obtaining a well-built 750W PSU to check if the problem is with your power supply.

Sorry for the slow reply, I was away for work. The BIOS version should be updated after flashing (since I can't check the display), it's currently Version 4631, updated on April 1, 2025. The MOBO was purchased in February 2025, but I don't know the BIOS version it had when it arrived. The PSU was bought in 2022 and seemed to run well. I'm planning to check if my friend with an extra PSU can bring one over to see if that's the problem. I'll also order a POST speaker, which is only $5 on Amazon. I'll update you once I've tried these solutions. Thanks again!

I've already tried reseating, swapped positions in A1/B1, A2/B2, and all four slots with various combo sticks. Still, nothing works to get it to my screen.

Checked various PSUs and the same problem persists, still unclear about what's wrong since everything here was brand new. It feels like the ship of Theseus!
