I've been working on diagnosing this problem with my latest PC setup, but I haven't been able to pinpoint the issue. For clarity, the CPU cooler fails to activate when the motherboard is powered on. The fans also work correctly in another system, yet the PC doesn't boot or POST. I've attempted various solutions, such as q-flashing the motherboard, without success. Could the CPU be defective, or am I missing something?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Please verify if any pins on the motherboard's CPU socket are bent or damaged. Attempt to power the build breadboarded without a discrete GPU. Use just one stick of RAM.

None of the CPU pins were damaged or broken. I attempted to replace the RAM, and it seems to be working properly since their LEDs are lighting up (though that might not be significant). I also tried running the build without the GPU installed. Edit: I forgot to express my gratitude for your fast reply, thank you!
