Sorry, this won't work.
Check if these items are included on your shopping list or already purchased.
Confirm the model of the case (tower).
Make sure the motherboard is compatible.
The B660m works, but a better processor is recommended.
Here’s a list of supported processors:
B660M DS3H DDR4 (rev. 1.0) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
Durable quality from GIGABYTE Ultra Durable™ motherboards combines unique features and technologies to provide users with the best experience...
www.gigabyte.com
The I5-3470 isn’t listed and is outdated technology.
A better option could be the i3-12100.
Are you human?
www.newegg.com
It should come with a decent stock cooler.
Avoid being tempted by the lower price of a 12100F without integrated graphics.
The $25 savings might not be worth it if you encounter issues with a discrete graphics card.
You may want to test performance without a dedicated graphics card—some games run well on integrated ones.
Samsung 1tb M.2 is good, but be cautious of counterfeit listings.
The RTX3050 is acceptable.
A 430W PSU could suffice, but the TR2 is an inexpensive model not recommended.
Don’t purchase a low-cost PSU—it may have poor quality components and lack essential safety features.
If it overheats under load, it can damage connected devices.
Power output is provided only on the 3 and 5V rails, not the 12V rails required by modern CPUs and graphics cards.
Instability might occur due to fluctuating power delivery, which is hard to detect.
The fan will spin faster to cool itself, resulting in louder operation.
A cheap PSU can become costly over time.
It’s best not to buy one.
For evaluating PSU quality, check the warranty period.
A 7-year warranty ensures reliability: Seasonic FOCUS GM-550, 550W 80+ Gold, Modular Power Supply – Newegg.com
Purchase the Seasonic FOCUS GM-550, 550W 80+ Gold, Semi-Modular, suitable for all ATX systems. Features include silent and cooling fan control, 7-year warranty, ideal power supply for gaming and various applications, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. Learn more at Newegg!
www.newegg.com
For RAM, most users won’t need 32GB; a 2 x 8GB package is sufficient.
If you require 32GB, opt for a 2 x 16GB kit, which is typically cheaper than a full 4 sticks.
Intel supports dual-channel only, so adding more sticks offers no benefit.
2666 is acceptable, but speed isn’t critical for Intel processors.

This case supports coolers up to 160mm, offering many options.
With a $600 budget, you might consider an i-3 CPU from the previous generation or two.
You probably don’t need a Samsung 980; alternatives could be Samsung 970 EVO Plus, WD SN 570, or WD SN 770.
A Crucial MX500 in standard 2.5-inch form would also work.
16 GB of RAM in a 2 x 8 configuration should suffice.

Why choosing the F CPU? These CPUs lack built-in video support. The 12100 non-F model could add another 25 dollars.
What influenced your choice of that particular cooler? It performs poorly and you could opt for a standard upright cooler that directs airflow toward the back of the case—typically more effective. The only case where a downblower would be necessary is if your case is extremely narrow and requires a short cooler.
Your case isn’t narrow enough for that. Any upright cooler can reach up to 160 mm in height.
The specific RAM referenced in the qualified memory list for that motherboard appears to be included, though it might not be essential.
The motherboard seems fine; the power supply looks good.
I’m uncertain about the GPU status.
