In the BIOS disabling integrated graphics doesn't mean video output stops—it just changes how you connect the card. Checking the available ports on the card is a good next step. Thanks for the updates. It seems the process involved updating the BIOS to show a picture from the 4060 and then performing a full reset of Windows 11, which fixed a problem where drivers weren't recognized in Device Manager after flashing. Cities Skylies 2 is now loading.
