Check your build details and see if there are any missing components or configuration steps. Ensure all connections are secure and try different cables or ports. Verify BIOS settings for graphics support. If you're using a new rig, confirm the card is properly seated and recognized by Windows. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Check if your GPU can process tasks. Run a benchmark test and ensure you're using the graphics card for computation while keeping the onboard graphics for output. Also, verify BIOS updates are installed.

In the BIOS disabling integrated graphics doesn't mean video output stops—it just changes how you connect the card. Checking the available ports on the card is a good next step. The BIOS should let you choose which card initializes first, such as onboard or PCIe/PCI/PCI. If this feature is present, set your main video card to the PCIe slot 0.

Thanks for the updates. It seems the process involved updating the BIOS to show a picture from the 4060 and then performing a full reset of Windows 11, which fixed a problem where drivers weren't recognized in Device Manager after flashing. Cities Skylies 2 is now loading.
