I have an issue with my new pc build with this error The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f and Im not sure what it is or how to fix it

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Also, mention the current BIOS version for your motherboard.

CPU model is 9800X3D with liquid freezer 3 cooling. Motherboard is B650 tomawhawk wifi. RAM consists of two 16GB Trident 6000MHz modules. SSD is a WD Black SN850X with 2TB storage. GPU is an Asus TUF 4080 Super. Power supply is Lian Li Edge 1300W. Chassis is Lian Li Dynamic Evo XL. Operating system is Windows 11. Monitor is AOC Q27G3XMN. BIOS version is the latest 1.L0. PSU is less than a year old, and I’m unsure how to upload my DMP files.
