It’s time to upgrade my old desktop, aiming for a versatile setup that supports both productivity and gaming. I’m seeking your input to ensure I didn’t overlook any issues with the components I’ve chosen—such as faulty parts, expensive options, or compatibility problems.
Here’s what I currently have:

Cooler: Peerless Assassin 120 SE
Motherboard: MSI PRO B850-P (ATX)

The listing you have posted isn’t the same as the spec sheet.
Also any reason you’re going 9070 over 5070? Currently the 5070 are cheaper at least where I am
The 5070 performs more slowly and has reduced v-ram capacity. This setup is poor for airflow. Spending a bit extra could result in performance up to 9700x.
