Avoid getting a tray CPU and opt for the boxed retail one instead. The tray models lack an Intel warranty and have faced significant problems. Clarify your overall budget and intended purpose for the PC, such as gaming at 4K resolution.
Main purpose is playing games

Will verify CPU compatibility with the box
Are there any further enhancements possible?
Right now, this building isn't the best deal since soon Nvidia will release a new generation of graphics cards, AMD will introduce updated X3D CPUs, and Intel is also planning its next CPU launch. You might find it more cost-effective to spend the same amount in a few months and get significantly better performance. I wouldn't forget about the previous point...
