I received both PCs upgraded to the same specifications as before, except that the GRE card was unavailable when I placed the order, so I chose a GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4070 Superwindforce OC 12G. I'm very satisfied with the performance and appreciate everyone's advice during the planning process.
