Missing a power supply info. You might want the Thermalright peerless assassin, around $35 for the cooler. For roughly $50 more, the 7900 gre is available, slightly faster than the 7800xt.

I would choose a 2 x 32gb kit for the memory. Aiming for 6000mhz is ideal. Four slots filled might lead to problems. It also provides space later on to add more RAM if necessary.
From a cooling perspective, it's quite good. You might also consider the Thermaltake Phantom Spirit, which offers great value. But for your setup, I'd favor a robust AIO with 360mm fans. It has a smaller internal size and looks much better. Air coolers like that can sometimes overheat the case if airflow isn't sufficient.
