MOBO
: GIGABYTE B650 EAGLE AX
CPU
: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 3.90GHz AM5 OEM
Prior to installing the processor, ensure you update the BIOS on your board.
RAM
: KINGSTON FURY 16GB Beast DDR5 5600MHz CL36 KF556C36BBE-16
For optimal performance on AM5 platforms, consider DDR5-6000MHz or dual channel kits with an AMD E.X.P.O. You risk compromising speed by opting for a DDR5-5600MHz RAM.
PSU: DEEPCOOL PF650 650W
PSU Tier List rev. 17.0g - Cultists Network
The PSU Tier List assists in selecting the most suitable power supply from numerous options available. Whether you're starting at the low end or aiming for top-tier performance.
cultists.network

Category-E PSU could compromise your entire setup and pose a fire risk. Replace it with a more dependable unit.
Beyond these recommendations, altering the PSU and RAM will ensure your build is solid.

Can you buy goods from nearby nations, or are there significant import duties or shipping costs?

Unfortunately, not. I need to purchase a prebuilt unit from this site. While I can select various parts, the current option is limited.

I have two choices: one above and this one:
MOBO: ASROCK B650 Pro RS
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 3.90GHz AM5 BOX
COOLER: ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 36
SSD: KINGSTON 1TB NV3 M.2 PCIe M.2 2280 SNV3S/1000G
RAM: KINGSTON FURY 32GB Beast DDR5 5600MHz CL40 KIT KF556C40BBK2-32
GPU: ASROCK Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB GDDR6 Challenger OC PCIE

This model is more expensive, around 100-150€ higher.

Additionally, I plan to use a PSU from another source, and for RAM, I intend to save money by using a single channel now and purchasing another 16GB later.

Single channel, slow RAM will significantly impact performance when paired with an AMD CPU. This second attempt is slightly improved, but it still requires a solid power supply. The CPU cooler on the first unit is much more effective. 6000MT/s RAM at CL30 or CL32 timings are highly recommended for AMD processors.
