I will attempt the CMOS Steps you referenced.
PSU I believe it is from 2021.
I am having trouble installing the OS because Windows doesn't recognize any drives, except for the Toshiba drive. I've been installing one SSD at a time using the same cables, which is the only one Windows identifies. Is there a specific format I should use on the drives with another machine and drive adapter? I have tried formatting some of them on another device.

When the installation media reaches the stage where it's ready for me to pick a drive to install Windows on, there are no drives available unless I choose the failing Toshiba drive.

When setting up an operating system, ensure only one drive is connected. Reconnect the remaining drives later. This point is crucial.
Only One Drive.
And... begin with a fresh OS installation in this system.
Not an OS previously installed on another platform.

I didn't explain it clearly, but I've only had one drive installed each time. The Toshiba drive was my previous drive with windows, but I think it's failing, which is why I'm switching to a new one. I just realized it was the only drive that the Windows Installer recognized as a storage disk during installation.

There is a possibly failing drive with another operating system already installed. This isn't ideal for troubleshooting. Consider switching to another drive and attempting an OS installation there. Observe the outcome.

Bios should identify any suitable drive linked to the PC, no matter the operating system, installation status, formatting, or condition.

It seems there might be an issue with the new motherboard.

The boot priority only sees what is bootable.
That’s the first two pictures I notice.
There’s a lot of confusing stuff happening, making it hard to figure out what’s wrong.
It could be the motherboard, or it might be due to user actions.
I really don’t know.

Yes, according to my initial comment, none of the remaining five drives function. Two are brand new and have never been used. I tried the Toshiba drive to check, and it does display results, but the other five will not. I won’t use the Toshiba drive since I think it’s likely failing.
