Hey everyone, I reinstalled BF4 about three days ago since I haven’t played much. Now I saw a message saying GeForce Experienced has updated the optimal settings for BF4. Instead of the usual 1080p, I can set it to 2715x1527. It’s not exactly 4K, but it looks much sharper. Even with just one 980 GPU, the performance feels better than expected.

No, it's essentially a very high resolution, around 1080P.

It's a misunderstanding—DSR 4K refers to a resolution of 3840 x 2160, not 4K.

It seems to be a claim about Maxwell's Dynamic Super Resolution. Would you like more details or clarification on this?

That's incorrect. True 4K resolution is 4096 x 2160 pixels, whereas UHD is essentially 3840 x 2160.

You can adjust the DSR settings in your nvidia control panel to cover a wide range of resolutions, starting from unusual options all the way up to 4K and beyond.
