I'll review those you mentioned. Also, I need at least one or possibly two PCI-E slots—one for the capture card and another for the audio card if I purchase it. If the board already has good built-in audio, I won't need those then. That's why I've given priority to onboard audio as well.

And your site description got mixed up—now it says RAM only goes up to 3200 and the audio is incorrect (should be Realtek ALC1200). I’ll consider Aorus Pro after reviewing their official site. For ideas, your plan looks solid with a 3080 + Aorus Pro upgrade.
