Casual appears to welcome 2 or more new accounts each match... which is probably the best way to join MM.
This means the game is currently priced around 7 euros, but it's expected to rise further as more people join the hacker community.
I appreciate the adjustment that requires LVL 3 to access MM. It definitely discourages cheaters from purchasing new characters and resorting to cheating, since they won’t be able to bypass the system easily. Players will need to engage in some casual play, which can take a few days of regular or TDM activity.
I and my friends enjoy playing, and up to now the only time we met a hacker was during a competitive match—just once.
I haven't engaged with CS before because of the new progression system. To me, a lower rank means starting fresh.
