Hello
I’m seeking advice on a 1440P build that doesn’t require a monitor, as I’ve been out of the loop recently. I’d like to get input from experienced users here to help with some questions.

Is now a suitable time to purchase a PC, or should I wait for upcoming sales that could lower costs and improve parts availability?
I’m based in Belgium, so ordering online is fine—any location near Belgium works. The Netherlands, Germany, or France are all viable options depending on the best price for me.

My budget is around 2000 Euros, though I might need to exceed it if I want quality components. The build will be mainly for gaming but also for general media use and some light work. I’d like it to last several years.

Thank you in advance!

Apologies for the delayed responses. I couldn't reply at the moment, but I really enjoy these builds. They seem to have a lower budget (CPU), but I’d like to use this PC for several years. Would spending a few hundred more to get top-of-the-line performance for 1440p gaming be worth it? Thank you.

The only option to advance from there is to purchase a 5080 or 5090. If your goal is to run 1440P, you'd essentially be wasting money without any performance benefit. The 9070XT will remain capable for years with 1440 and mid-level 4K. I would invest more in a CPU if that were my case, opting for a 7800X3D or 980X3D.
