Check the file path and ensure it's accessible. Use `ls -l` to verify the location, then run `sudo apt-get install <package>` with appropriate permissions.

Attempt to reinstall it and choose to install all drivers during the reinstall. This method succeeded on my laptop.

I attempted to run the command multiple times, but it continues to indicate the file isn't present. Despite noticing the file on your desktop, there seems to be an issue with its visibility or location.

Yes, you should use the command syntax `cd /path/to/directory` followed by the desired path.

I didn't know I needed to do that since I'm just starting out. It looks like it's finished now.

It worked correctly. I only needed to install the DKMS package it relies on. Thanks for your assistance!

I was planning to label this as resolved, but the system continues to ignore the built-in Ethernet connection. The software was installed correctly, and I rebooted the device to verify functionality. Could you offer any suggestions?
