It's possible that the GPU swap triggered the U.FL connectors inside the WLAN module to loosen. This scenario is unlikely, but worth considering if other solutions fail. The attached module isn't identical to your motherboard, though it closely matches. Excessive tightening of the antennas or rotating the connector itself might have caused the issue.
