It seems the setup won't function as intended. The modem assigns a public IP only to the first device requesting it, and all other devices are left without internet access. You should prioritize having a modem over a router or switch for proper connectivity.

The router manages all connected devices. The setup follows modem → router → switch.

This suggests the setup should go from modem to switch to two routers, but that won't function. The single port modem isn't a combined device.

It functions only when your ISP provides multiple IP addresses. A MikroTik or comparable managed switch supporting VLAN offers a superior and simpler approach.
