When using the full bandwidth, ensure you don’t lose packets during pings to Google or other services. Also, let me know if packet drops are acceptable on Wi-Fi.

there was real packet loss during updates, similar to about 2 gb usage. even without any downloads, it happened. when the technician came to check, the issue disappeared, but only when the network was busy. he mentioned packet loss due to load, and I think if I download something at full speed, other devices should slow down. i feel there shouldn’t be any loss if I’m using full bandwidth correctly.

Log the packet loss and forward screenshots to the ISP. Run pingplotter on your home network to verify internal connectivity works normally except when leaving the router.

Thank you. I'm curious if using Wi-Fi instead of a wired connection causes packet losses. I suspect it might be speed reduction, not actual loss, since I have a wired setup but still experience issues when playing on my laptop.
