Hello everyone, I hope someone can assist me here. I've tried all adjustments on the router settings, but the problem persists. I own an Orbi 850 router with a 500MBPS connection from my ISP. When I connect directly to my computer via the ISP, speeds are full. Using Ethernet to link the ISP-Orbi-computer works well, but only up to 50MBPS download and no upload. The same happens when I connect through an old Nighthawk router via Ethernet. An 8-port switch also behaves consistently. Without using the old router, I get no speeds at all. The only workaround is setting Orbi to AP mode instead of router, but then I lose Wi-Fi functionality. Any suggestions would be invaluable.

Initial concerns seem to point toward a configuration or firmware problem. Make sure the firmware is current for the OBI setup. If everything checks out, perform a complete factory reset on the device.
