Hello everyone, I've been facing a problem with my home network for some time now. Certain items fail to load completely, only partially, and I'm unsure how to fix it. For example, most Android bank apps take a long time to load on the login screen, but they function fine when I switch from LTE to Wi-Fi once connected. Some YouTube videos play without issues, while others don't load at all. The Twitch app on my PC works, but on my mobile it gets stuck buffering videos over Wi-Fi, though it functions properly on LTE. Fandom.com pages seem to load very slowly, only displaying content without CSS, and they work outside my home network. I've tried clearing the DNS, switching providers, and even flushing them, but nothing helps. Changing router settings isn't an option due to ISP restrictions. On my mobile, a workaround using Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 "with wrap" works, though it doesn't help on my PC and drains battery on the phone. I've also tried disabling Windows Defender and firewalls, which helped with Fandom but not with YouTube. I'm hoping someone can suggest a simpler solution since I live in a rural area with limited ISP options.

The ISP restricts changes to your router configuration by default. They may lock you out of settings unless you purchase a new device or replace the existing one. Switching to Google's DNS server can often resolve the issue. If the problem persists, consider updating or reinstalling your operating system, as the issue might stem from an outdated installation.
